Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Ads Octo, you confirm that you are authorized to bind yourself or the organization you represent, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Ads Octo is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses manage and automate digital advertising operations (including Meta/Facebook ad accounts). Features may include, without limitation:

• Connecting advertising platform accounts you authorize
• Campaign monitoring, reporting, and budget-protection tools
• User-configured automation rules and alerts
• Subscription billing, workspace administration, and related account tools

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for your account and for activity under your credentials.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
• Keep login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorized use
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes related to advertising you control or are authorized to manage
• Ensure invited workspace members comply with these Terms

4. Subscriptions, trials, and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Free trials (when offered) do not require payment until you upgrade. Fees, plan features, and billing periods are described on our pricing pages or in your order confirmation. Except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Ads Octo. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Violating Meta, Google, TikTok, LINE, or other platform policies for advertising accounts you connect
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other customers’ workspaces
• Sending spam, phishing, or unlawful content through any communication features
• Reverse engineering, scraping at abusive rates, or interfering with service integrity
• Using the service for fraud, deceptive advertising, or activities prohibited under Thai or applicable law

6. Third-party platforms

Ads Octo integrates with third-party platforms (for example Meta). Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms and policies. We do not control third-party APIs, availability, or policy enforcement. Tokens and permissions you grant are used only to provide the service you request.

7. Transactional communications

We send transactional email related to your account — for example verification, password reset, security notices, billing notices, and product alerts you configure. These are service messages, not marketing newsletters. Product-alert preferences may be adjusted in-app where available. Privacy details are in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Ads Octo, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Neural Link Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You retain rights to your advertising content and customer data. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific advertising performance outcomes. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and your creative/strategy choices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neural Link Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

11. Suspension and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay fees when due, or if required by law or a platform partner. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
