1. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to explore and test the platform's capabilities. No credit card is required to sign up. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan after the trial, your account will be suspended and no charges will be made.

2. Subscription & Payments

Ads Octo is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.

3. Refund Eligibility

Generally, all subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds in the following specific cases:

• Billing Errors: If you have been double-charged or charged an incorrect amount due to a system error, we will issue a refund for the erroneous amount, provided you contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
• Technical Issues: If the platform experiences significant downtime or technical failure that prevents you from using the service, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund or service credit.

4. Cancellation & Unused Time

You can cancel your Ads Octo subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active and you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for billing errors or technical issues, please email our support team at contact@adsocto.app Please include your registered email address, company profile, and a copy of the invoice or transaction receipt. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
