After signing up, go to Settings → Ad Accounts and click "Connect Meta Account". You'll be redirected to Facebook to grant read/write permission. Once connected, your campaigns will sync automatically.

The first sync typically takes 1–3 minutes depending on the number of campaigns. You'll see a syncing indicator in the dashboard. Subsequent syncs run every 15 minutes automatically.

No installation required. Ads Octo is fully web-based — just sign up and connect your ad account from any browser.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and billing is prorated automatically.

Stop-Loss automatically pauses campaigns that exceed your ROAS or spend thresholds. Go to Rules → Stop-Loss, click "Add Rule", set your threshold, and select which campaigns to monitor.

RAG stands for Red / Amber / Green — a traffic-light system that shows campaign health at a glance. Green = on track, Amber = needs attention, Red = action required (Stop-Loss may trigger).

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We never store Facebook access tokens in plain text and we do not share your data with third parties.
